Nutella Bread Pudding

I think almost all who like chocolate are definitely going to like this pudding filled with chocolate. A perfect dessert which can be served in parties and to the guests, who arrive unexpectedly.
Previously I have posted bread and butter pudding on my blog. This dish is much easier than that. Just mix all the ingredients and bake.

I got the recipe when I was watching “Giada at home” on Netflix along with my daughter who is a big chocolate fan. From then on she was asking me to prepare this pudding and so I tried. This is a perfect dish where leftover bread can be converted to a dessert within no time.

If you want you can also add chocolate chips or some nuts. Kids will enjoy this dessert as there is a surprise waiting for them, as they scoop to the bottom of the bowl. This is a bowl filled with delicious, nutritious and flavor Lucious pudding which will be loved by all.
Ingredients:
  1. Nutella- ½ cup
  2. Milk- ¾ Cup
  3. Egg whites-4 nos
  4. Bread slices- 7- 8
Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Separate the egg yolks and the whites. Keep the yolks for another purpose and beat the whites till fluffy and peaks are formed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the ½ Cup Nutella along with milk. Mix till everything gets incorporated well.
  4. In this add the fluffy, airy whipped egg whites little at a time and mix well to blend.
  5. Roughly chop the bread and drop them in the above-made Nutella egg white mixture and mix using a spatula so that all the bread pieces gets coated well.
  6. Place the greased ramekin bowl on a baking tray and put a tbsp of Nutella inside all the ramekin bowls and fill them with the bread mixture.
  7. Bake these for about 20- 25 minutes and when it is cool, sprinkle some powdered sugar, scoop out and enjoy.

Chocolate Cake Pops for Valentine’s Day

The way of celebrating valentine's day has changed a lot in modern times. Gifting greeting cards, roses, chocolates, gift cards has become the recent trend of celebrating valentine's day.

Everyone has there own way of celebrating this day and so I have made chocolate pops which are dipped in pink candy melts and decorated with Nutella hearts.

I made this for the first time and fell in love with these cuties, that can be decorated however we want. These cute little cakes on a stick are really simple and easy to make.

Ingredients:
  1. Chocolate Cake (crumbled)- 3 Cups
  2. Butter (at room temperature)- ¾ Cup
  3. Cocoa Powder- 4 tbsp
  4. Coffee Powder- 1 tbsp
  5. Granulated Sugar- ½ Cup
  6. Candy Melts- ½ Cup
Method:

  1. Cream the butter till it forms fluffy, light and cream in colour. In this add cocoa powder, coffee powder and sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add this in the crumbled cake mixture and mix properly with hand and make round balls of desired size. Insert cake pop sticks in each of the cake balls.
  3. Keep this refrigerated for about 1- 2 hours, so that it will be firm when dipped in the candy melts.
  4. Take the candy melts in a microwave safe bowl and let it melt fully. In between stir well so that it won't get burnt.
  5. When the melted candy melts are cooled, dip each of the cake pops and give it a round and take it and let it rest on a thermocol base, till it becomes hard. I have dipped only half as I want it that way.
  6. Decorate it with nutella hearts or with sprinkles or with drizzling melted chocolate or as desired.

Nutella Cookies

Those who love chocolate will definitely love Nutella. Me and my daughter are huge fans of Nutella. Anything made out of Nutella is to die for. Since past few days, my daughter has been asking for cookies and as I bought two big bottles of Nutella recently, I thought of baking cookies using them.

I have many different varieties of cookie recipes using Nutella, but this recipe got my attention as it required only 4 ingredients which were easily available in kitchen. These cookies were made within minutes and they have a chewy texture. These spread very well so give a nice gap between the cookies while baking. I have baked exactly for 8 minutes and they all vanished the next day. Kids will love this amazing cookies. Just try this out and see the magic.

Adapted From Kirbie cravings
Ingredients:
  1. Nutella- 1 Cup
  2. Maida- ½ Cup
  3. Baking Powder- 1 tsp
  4. Egg- 1 no
Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees C. Grease a baking tray and keep it ready.
  2. Meanwhile mix all the ingredients one by one in a bowl using a wooden spoon until smooth without any lumps.
  3. Shape into round balls and flatten them on the prepared tray giving a nice gap between the cookies or else they may spread and stick to each other.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy.

And so these cupcakes happened.

When I was working with the kindergarten, I used to bake some goodies and would take them for my friends as they were my best critics. They loved whatever I baked. So I searched for cupcakes, as you all know, I love baking cupcakes.
