- Strawberries, Blueberries, raspberries- 1 Cup
- Red Currants- a handful
- Almond / Soy Milk- 1 Cup
- Flax Seeds- 1 tbsp
Chia Seeds- 1/2 tbsp- Dates- 4-5 nos
- Hemp seeds- 1 tsp
