Ingredients:
- Tiger Prawns- 10-12nos
- Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
- Chilli powder- 1tbsp
- Pepper powder- 1tsp
- Coriander powder- 1tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Lemon juice- 2tsp
- Oil- 2tsp and for frying.
Method:
- Clean the prawns and set aside.
- Mix all the ingredients and make a paste. Marinate prawns with this paste and keep aside for 1hr.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the marinated prawns for 6-7 minutes.
- Drain it on absorbent paper.
